We were assigned the task of outfitting this 1,100 square foot garden style condominium for less than 10% of its purchase price. Because of the compact two-bedroom size, we kept the theme light and airy. We chose a mid-tome color palette, lighter wood and natural textures in accessories to not contrast the wall colors too sharply.
